1. The clusters you prepped have adequate power, but we'll need older soft on one (Mt-313) to be compatible with this unit. Plus we'll need protection against CPU burnout.
2. The manipulator you proposed is too imprecise. We need something that used to work on Militech production lines. Something from OA might work. I also checked the robotic arm provided -- latency is relatively high, so risk of damaging the mainframe definitely isn't zero.
Besides that, other hardware in place looks passable. I'll make new requests if needed.
