NCX Customer Service would like to draw attention to the escalating problem of so-called influencers (aspiring celebrities) on the premises. The increasingly frequent occurrence of buying tickets for the cheapest flights to then go through security pretending to be a passenger in order to get close to Crystal Palace terminal to take a selfie. The presence of influencers causes disruption and often even hysteria among travelers, bringing up questions of order and safety in the Main Hall. We recommend increasing the number of guards patrolling this sector and as a last resort introducing a ban on photographs throughout NCX.
