So, what do you need to know? I've got high expectations and zero patience for those that don't follow through. You either give your all, or you can fuck right off. Understood?
There'll have to be some changes so this club can start making bank. For starters:
– Sick leave ends now. You feel shitty? Your problem, not mine.
– Smoke breaks are out. Wanna smoke? Do it at home.
– No private calls during working hours.
– Lunchtime is between 12 – 12:30 PM. Need more time? Then stop eating so much.
– Tips go into the communal pot. I decide who gets how much.
