Due to the failure to uphold the terms of Agreement No. UPL/12064 and failure to respond to Letter of Demand for Outstanding Payment No. 11055 in accordance with paragraph 628 of the aforementioned agreement, the real property shall become the property of Zetatech within two days of receipt of this document.
