[Draft] In my view, the project's safeguards are still lacking. I have no access to external analysis, meanwhile management is claiming that it's monitoring the whole facility and tracking every bit of incoming and outgoing data. But that's as far as their reassurances go. Obviously it's in everyone's interest that nobody unauthorized ever finds out about this place, about this project. But the sins committed by megacorps are notoriously that of arrogance and hubris. They're unable to fathom that a Bartmoss or someone equal caliber are more effective than all our advanced AI and daemons. Even the best algorithm won't protect us from a determined and cunning independent netrunner who has nothing to lose. And what if Bartmoss already knows about us? What if what we're trying to do here, what we're trying to achieve reaches the light of day? Only thinking about the consequences gives me the shivers.
