This is outrageous! How many more times will my husband have to cancel his flight to Luna because you're laying down tiles in the terminal, or whatever it is you're doing? It's now four times in a row that my children have filled balloons to surprise him, and four times in a row that I've had to explain to them that Daddy isn't coming back. I demand an apology and compensation for the moral and financial harm my family has suffered at your hands.
