Surprise! The blinds in my kitchen are broken AGAIN. How hard is it to find a competent handyman in this town to fix them properly?! I want a refund for the previous "repair" and THEN I want you to send a professional who won't be overwhelmed by this apparently sisyphean task – this time free of charge.
