Dear HR,
I've received a complaint from Till Wolf. The complaint concerns my chief mate, First Officer Shirou Kasai. According to Wolf, Kasai regularly harasses his subordinates, yelling at and insulting them. I simply informed Wolf that he may not fully understand the hierarchy system on an Arasaka ship and ordered him to disembark as soon as we put into port. I will stress that Wolf came to me with a clearly negative attitude rather than discussing his concerns with the First Officer directly.
