In Gyroscope Mode, the gyroscope COMPLEMENTS the Right Stick when aiming, it does not replace it.
Use the Right Stick to aim normally and tilt the Joy‑Con 2 (R) for increased precision, as shown in the demonstration below.
If your hand is in an uncomfortable position after aiming, move it back to your preferred default position to reset. While doing so, you can cancel out any undesired gyroscope movement by moving the Right Stick in the opposite direction.
