An abducted BD actress and a mysterious kidnapper? V to the rescue! Your usual C-flick. Just watch out, 'cause if even Hands doesn't wanna boost his street cred from this one, it must be a real stinker.
Hands' hunch didn't disappoint. This gig's a fuckin' circus on dorphs. Tool has a mishap, singes his synapses and his choom Shank decides to scroll him with Lina instead of callin' a ripper. A little fucked up? Sure, but money's money, right? Time to find Lina and somehow talk her into scrolling this BD at the Brainporium.
Go on, give yourself a pat on the back. Molding a starlet's one thing, but ushering her onto the global stage? That deserves a standing ovation. Lina and Tool being sisters is exactly the right kind of mass-market pulp that'll sell in Night City.
Will Tool ever be himself again? Who cares, so long as the money's good, right? Stellar work, V. Contract closed.
Well done. The shock therapy worked – Tool's back to his old self. If only you had a few more months to live, I'd say you have some real potential as a shrink. The BD with Lina came out so-so and most likely won't rake in heaps, but who cares? What counts is you didn't let yourself get roped into Shank's gonk-ass plan and you helped out ol' Tool.
The dust has settled, the circus has closed down and the chimps have escaped. More specifically – Tool's gone into hiding someplace. What the hell were you thinking, telling him he's an FIA clone? Getting tangled up in this mess wasn't the best idea now, was it? Either way, the scroll's out there (a real masterpiece, mind you) and Shank paid what he was due. Another contract closed. Pleased with yourself?
