Sharpshooter is a perk in the Reflexes tree of Cyberpunk 2077, available at 15 Reflexes. Each successful shot grants a stack of Sharpshooter. 7% bonus to Stamina Regen Rate and Stamina cost for 2 sec. per stack. Stacks 7 times. New stacks reset duration. All stacks are removed when duration ends.
