The Scraper

The Scraper is what remains of one of the last investments before the district's closure. This immense structure, located far from the skyline of City Center, was supposed to offer a relaxing, yet luxurious getaway for Night City's rich – though, not necessarily the filthy rich. According to an investor's brochure, the Scraper was designed to be a "modern, 4-star hotel complex located on the picturesque Pacific coast, offering over 250 suites with breathtaking vistas and fitted with the latest in stylish amenities." Of course, those plans clearly failed to materialize.

Today, scavengers have moved in and brought their own decor with them. Stolen tech and cyberware have replaced chic coffee tables. And in place of plush loveseats, they've installed cozy cages for their long-stay "guests".
