When Stella was a little girl, she dreamed of becoming a rock star. When she grew up, she tried to get hired at Militech. When she realized that pursuing dreams is the stuff of BDs, she became a police officer. Every day she risks her life to help those who don't appreciate it and gets in the way of people who have a good memory for faces. She re-ups her cortisol blockers once every two months and would do it more often were it not for her NCPD paycheck just about covering her rent.
She met Bill at a police precinct and though it wasn't love at first sight, it gradually grew. It started with sharing rent, followed by the impossible: vacations, a bigger apartment and corporate health care. Eventually Bill proposed and Stella accepted, though not at first. She still owns a large collection of braindances.
