Fun fact: the Igla was conceived at the beginning of the 21st century as a hunting weapon. Specifically, it was engineered to hunt ducks (medium-sized waterfowl, somewhat similar to seagulls, now considered extinct). The Igla may have fared well against the ducks of Serbia's swamplands, but in 2077's Night City, this shotgun is considered an antique that not even the city's poor and desperate are willing to resort to. Many complain that it produces more noise than damage.
