Odell Blanco

Formerly a Catholic priest, now a "spiritual advisor" to patients at the Haven clinic in Dogtown. An idealist, but also a man who isn't afraid to face the truth - when the pews at his congregation began gathering dust, he chose to act. Instead of closing the church's doors to "unbelievers", i.e. Dogtown newcomers looking for a roof over their heads, Odell opened them even wider.

With the help of Anthony Anderson, a surgeon with a mysterious past, they set up a clinic for the most needy, poorest residents. If constant exposure to the clinic's hopelessness hasn't led Odell to a crisis of faith, it either means he never truly believed in God, or that he's a saint.
