Entry
Issam has active eyes, always looking – over his shoulder, at your chrome, through you. Gives most peeps the sense he’s running a mental background check mid-conversation. He operates a black-market glamdoc biz out of a cramped shop buried so deep in the city grid that even well-connected fixers forget it exists.
Most customers consider him just another shady chrome-slinger dealing in stolen Tsunami and Arasaka merch, hoping to one day claw himself out of the gutter. What they don’t know is Issam prefers operating in the shadows, running black ops for a puppet master who’s just as skilled at pulling strings as he is at cutting them.
He claims taking wild risks keeps him sharp, and it's the only thing that makes him feel alive. These days, he sells overpaints and chrome custos to keep the eddies flowing and his dangerous debts from coming due.
