Glitter is a highly addictive psychadelic drug and recent arrival on Night City's streets. The new substance quickly drew Night City's full attention. First, it's truly strong stuff, even for the booster-and-braindance glutted residents of Night City. Second, glitter's illegal, immediately giving it the irresistible aura of "forbidden fruit." Finally: glitter kills. One off dose or weak nervous system, and glitter will have those neurons firing white-hot (hence the name, perhaps). Death is inevitable.
