Daniels is a good, pragmatic badge. He knows justice is hard to come by in Night City and he's more than happy to enforce it - price be damned. He fabricates evidence to make sure criminals get convicted; he takes bribes to buy better equipment for himself and his fellow NCPD officers. For years, he has worked closely with Muamar Reyes to make life in Santo Domingo a little more bearable.
