Angelica Whelan

Cunning, witty and also the alpha of her pack in Dogtown. Unlike most Animals, she's not a hulking mountain of muscle. She earned the respect of her people through sheer charisma. It started with a simple negotiation that required a little more finesse than most Animals could muster, with both sides realizing they could benefit from mutual cooperation.

Since then Angie's been on top of biz, arranging and fixing fights and wheeling in cash. She's well aware of her position and knows just how far she can reach. The right woman for the job.
