Alt Cunningham

Alt Cunningham – the best netrunner in Night City, the most powerful "entity" on either side of the Blackwall and the only person who can put Johnny Silverhand in his place. It was Alt who created Soulkiller. When Arasaka stole it for their own nefarious purposes, Alt was forced to escape into cyberspace.

Existing beyond the Blackwall has severely altered Alt's consciousness, making her now more akin to a rogue AI than a human being. The last remaining link to her past life is her bond with Johnny. And it's precisely this bond that the Voodoo Boys decided to use as bait to lure Alt out from behind the Blackwall.
