The configuration
This setup is stored as a complete build — gear, skills, runes and all four cube slots work together and are not assembled from individual statistics.
- Set: Spirit of Arachyr
- Rating: tier C across all classes
- Kanai's Cube: Cluckeye, Aquila Cuirass, Ring of Royal Grandeur, The Furnace
- Skills: Soul Harvest (Languish), Spirit Barrage (Manitou), Hex (Jinx), Piranhas (Piranhado), Locust Swarm (Cloud of Insects), Spirit Walk (Honored Guest)
- Passives: Pierce the Veil, Confidence Ritual, Creeping Death, Fetish Sycophants
- Variants available: Torment 16 / Nephalem rifts, Speed farming, GR push
What the set does
This build wears Spirit of Arachyr. These bonuses apply once the matching number of set pieces is equipped — the damage multiplier hangs on them, not on the individual stats of the pieces:
- 2 pieces: Summon a permanent Spider Queen connected to you by an infested thread. Enemies caught in the thread are infested. Corpse Spider attacks against infested enemies inflict the same damage to all infested enemies. The Spider Queen is commanded to move to where you cast your Corpse Spiders. Corpse Spiders now spawns with health.
- 4 pieces: The Spider Queen now leaves behind webs that lasts for 15 seconds and Slows enemies. Infested enemies remain infested while on the web. You take 75% reduced damage while in the web and for 4 seconds after.
- 6 pieces: The damage of your creature skills is increased by 25,000%. Creature skills are Corpse Spiders, Plague of Toads, Firebats, Locust Swarm, Hex, and Piranhas.
How the variants differ
Measured against the push version. Anything not listed here stays the same:
- Torment 16 / Nephalem rifts: swaps in skills Horrify (Ruthless Terror), Fetish Army (Devoted Following), Spirit Walk (Jaunt); cube St. Archew's Gage; gems Boon of the Hoarder, Bane of the Powerful.
- Speed farming: swaps in skills Locust Swarm (Devouring Swarm), Spirit Walk (Jaunt); cube St. Archew's Gage; gems Bane of the Powerful.
Sockets and gems
The 3 legendary gems (Enforcer, Bane of the Trapped, Bane of the Stricken) belong in the jewellery slots — that is the only place their rank counts, and the only place they keep growing when you upgrade after a Greater Rift.
The remaining 7 sockets are filled with Topaz: the multiplier already comes from the set and the legendary powers, so one more base stat does more there than another effect would.
On the season theme
Shades of the Nephalem spawns a shadow clone of your class at every shrine and pylon that fights along for one minute. Activate shrines inside the pull, not on the way there. The fourth cube slot is already filled in every variant above.
