The configuration
This setup is stored as a complete build — gear, skills, runes and all four cube slots work together and are not assembled from individual statistics.
- Set: Aegis of Valor
- Rating: tier B across all classes
- Kanai's Cube: Darklight, Khassett's Cord of Righteousness, Ring of Royal Grandeur, Convention of Elements
- Skills: Fist of the Heavens (Fissure), Justice (Burst), Iron Skin (Steel Skin), Steed Charge (Nightmare), Laws of Hope (Wings of Angels), Akarat's Champion (Prophet)
- Passives: Heavenly Strength, Lord Commander, Finery, Indestructible
- Variants available: Torment 16 / Nephalem rifts, GR push, Speed farming
What the set does
This build wears Aegis of Valor. These bonuses apply once the matching number of set pieces is equipped — the damage multiplier hangs on them, not on the individual stats of the pieces:
- 2 pieces: Attacking with Fists of the Heavens empowers you, allowing Heaven's Fury to deal 125% increased damage for 5 seconds. Stacks up to 3 times.
- 4 pieces: Hitting with Fist of the Heavens returns 5 Wrath and reduces damage taken by 1% for 10 seconds. Stacks up to 50 times.
- 6 pieces: Increase the damage of Fist of the Heavens and Heaven's Fury by 20,000%.
How the variants differ
Measured against the push version. Anything not listed here stays the same:
- Torment 16 / Nephalem rifts: swaps in skills Provoke (Flee Fool), Fist of the Heavens (Reverberation), Iron Skin (Flash); cube Vigilante Belt, Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac, Echoing Fury; gems Boon of the Hoarder, Gogok of Swiftness.
- Speed farming: swaps in skills Justice (Hammer of Pursuit); cube Echoing Fury; gems Gogok of Swiftness, Molten Wildebeest's Gizzard.
Sockets and gems
The 3 legendary gems (Zei's Stone of Vengeance, Bane of the Stricken, Bane of the Trapped) belong in the jewellery slots — that is the only place their rank counts, and the only place they keep growing when you upgrade after a Greater Rift.
The remaining 7 sockets are filled with Diamond: the multiplier already comes from the set and the legendary powers, so one more base stat does more there than another effect would.
On the season theme
Shades of the Nephalem spawns a shadow clone of your class at every shrine and pylon that fights along for one minute. Activate shrines inside the pull, not on the way there. The fourth cube slot is already filled in every variant above.
